I was very satisfied with the professionalism and the efficiency of your crew. I called again the very next year as I was feeling itchy and thought the bed bugs had returned. Your crew came by and investigated but found no traces of bed bugs. They were very honest and told me that there were no traces. They did not feel it was necessary to spray again and charge me for an unnecessary job. I was very appreciative of this honesty and integrity, as I don’t think a lot of other companies would refuse to take a customer’s money even if the service wasn’t necessary.
