We know that finding bed bugs in your home is incredible stressful, that’s why the first voice you’ll speak with when you call us is Ashley. Her knowledge about bed bugs and compassionate nature helps reassure even the most stressed individuals. Give her a call on our main line if your cortisol levels need some balancing! She will even do her best to respond to emergency text’s if you happen to need assistance outside of business hours.
Troubleshooting and Pest ID
Not everyone who calls actually has bed bugs, so you can trust Ashley to help you determine whether or not you even need a bed bug treatment! If you happen to see a bug you are unsure about, take a photo so we can ID your pest for free!
*tip* Try to make sure you take a clear photo of the bug, even if it is slightly further away from the lens. Blurry pictures don’t really help us much.
Booking the Bed Bug Treatment
If you do in fact need a bed bug treatment, we will book you in as soon as possible. We typically book about 1-2 business days out, but if you are ready quickly enough, we could possibly even book you in same day if the schedule allows it!
Once we have you booked in, we will email you a preparation sheet for you to go through as you prepare your home for treatment! Once you have read this over, just call or email us any questions you make have. We are here to help you 100% of the way!
Aftercare & Support
After your initial treatment, we won’t abandon you or your questions. If somethings comes to mind just give us a call. We’ve done our best to include a list of what to expect in your preparation instructions, however all situations are different, so that is why we offer our continued support to you throughout the process!
All of our treatments include a 30 day follow up inspection to ensure your bed bugs are gone for good.
Not only are we here to support you with questions, we also offer a 3 month warranty for your bed bug treatment that beats out the competition. If you miss a preparation step, we won’t void your warranty. Instead we will work with you to see what can be improved so you have the best possible outcome. We will still help you, when other companies might give up on you.
